Buy a decision, not a promise
For product, operations and security leads who have a real delegated workflow but cannot yet show exactly who authorised which action, under what limits, and whether that authority is still current.
01
A 90-minute workshop and a written map of one principal, one actor, one action, one relying party and one authority source.
02
An action contract with permissions, exclusions, approval conditions, expiry and revocation requirements.
03
A fictional sandbox scenario showing a permitted action, an out-of-scope denial and revocation. Example receipts labelled as sandbox evidence.
04
An evidence-gap report, ownership matrix and prioritised pilot scope. A clear no-go is a valid result—not a reason to sell a bigger project.
Bounded on purpose
Robert Prime leads discovery and the commercial readout. WhoActs is the public brand; Mandate Rail provides the authority engine’s sandbox behaviour.
Start with the free authority map →Legal advice, qualified attestations, certification, live payment execution, penetration testing, production deployment or bespoke provider integrations. These require separate scope and relevant specialists.
If evidence is missing, the report records the gap. If agreed inputs are late, the delivery date moves by agreement.
How we measure delivery
You receive the workflow map, action contract, labelled scenario results, gap report and readout. We check each against the written scope and include one clarification round within five working days of delivery.
You can stop with the findings, implement them internally or separately scope a design-partner pilot. An indicative pilot starts at £12,500 + VAT; it is not included or automatically purchased.
Teams are delegating more work to software. We focus on the controls a relying party actually needs—not a claim that a draft standard makes your system compliant.
Speak directly with Robert
Tell us the actor, the action and who must accept it. Robert will assess fit before suggesting a scope or asking for a deposit.
